For JotForm to auto-fill from URL parameters, you need to configure it in JotForm itself:

In your JotForm form, do this:

Open your JotForm form editor

For each field you want to pre-fill (email and first_name):

Click the field

Go to Properties (or the gear icon)

Look for "Pre-fill" or "Default Value" option

Set it to match the URL parameter name:

For email field → set to {email}

For name field → set to {first_name}

Save the form

Then when someone visits the URL with ?email=test@example.com&first_name=John, those fields will auto-populate.
